In under two months, we have conceptualised, launched and now completed the development of Crowd Solo, our social distancing and attractions management app, which is available on the Google Play and Apple Store!
This was successfully utilised over the weekend by themed entertainment destinations, many of whom are opening their doors for the first time since March. The app has massive benefits for this sector as a virtual queuing and reservation system, helping to remove physical lines and allow more social distancing opportunities.
Guests download the app then use it as the only way to book attractions for themselves and their family throughout the day. By connecting everyone on the same platform, an exact ‘state of the park’ map is created. Operators use the Operator Portal to view heatmap data in real-time that shows them how their space is performing. They can then take instant action to disperse any hotspots forming and analyse the data daily to help with expanding capacity, staffing plans and general facilities management.
We have made this app FREE to all visitor attraction destinations to help the industry that we love get back on its feet as quickly, efficiently and safely as possible.
