Jupiter - Content Management, Control & Remote 24/7 Monitoring Support Solution

Jupiter is a range of software/hardware solutions developed by HoloVis, that allows:

Initially developed as a Content Management and Control solution, the HoloVis software team have now created a range Jupiter options:

Jupiter-Lite - A simple yet powerful Content Management and Digital Signage solution for single-channel content (output displays show the content on one physical display screen). The system is designed around a central server solution with remote nodes, located with each physical display screen, and can manage and control a single screen installation to any number of screens that are connected over the network.

The system also has built in security and redundancy to ensure 24/7 operation at all times. Each end-node/display screen has its own dedicated screen processor and storage capacity, even if the network or server is taken offline the last known playlist and configuration will always continue to operate and play seamlessly.

The software is designed with multiple levels of login access and security to allow Superusers, Administrators and General user access rights to be setup so that trained staff can be given control over all of the system or just a display or groups of displays within their area depending on the exact setup and desired operation.

The system also has the capability to control external devices either manually by user interaction or automatically. This allows total flexibility in the overall solution such as ensuring the physical displays turn on and off automatically at pre-set times.

One of the most major benefits to many of our clients that use Jupiter to manage and control their entire display solution is the dedicated remote 24/7 Monitoring System that has been included. The entire display network and all attributes associated with the physical display screens, projectors, temperatures, scheduled maintenance tasks etc. are monitored, reported and flagged-up by the Jupiter system in real-time.

If a client requires, the monitoring system can then be connected via a secure ADSL connection back to HoloVis Support where the system is monitored 24/7 (annual SLA and Support Agreement required). This gives our clients complete peace-of-mind that their technology is constantly being checked and any faults or maintenance requirements are dealt with for them, usually before a client even realises there may have been an issue!

Jupiter-Delta - Developed in partnership with our software partners 7th Sense, HoloVis have embedded 7th's Delta engine technology into the Jupiter-Lite software to create a highly sophisticated Content Management solution that can also handle multi-channel content (content across multi-screens, configured as one large display - MediaWalls) The software can also handle multiple projector setups with blending technology to create seamless imagery on one screen as well as distortion correction and warping technology for curved screens and projection onto uneven surfaces.

Jupiter-Control - A simple control interface solution for the local management of display devices (screen on/off timing etc.) and any other controllable devices within the environment.
