This dedicated service actively monitors the client’s signage installation and reports on media and network status as well as potential hardware failures. These can then be addressed, often before any adverse impact and frequently with little or no customer involvement (where possible). Items requiring regular maintenance or servicing such as filters or lamps can also be monitored to ensure maximum capability at all times.
