Business Development Manager: Audio-Visual Systems

Business development management position focused on expanding Holovis’ established pipeline of Audio-Visual technology and Advanced System integration projects in the Themed Entertainment sector, focusing on new clients in the USA and North America.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To develop meaningful and strategic relationships with new key decision makers in the Themed Entertainment sector, focused on providing leading Audio-Visual technical solutions
  2. To sell solutions into the Themed Entertainment marketplace throughout the USA and wider North American region, ensuring the right solution for our clients at the right price and at the right margin
  3. To develop bids and respond to proposal requests, including collaborating with our international team of engineers, software developers and artists to create such bid packages and proposal responses
  4. To develop and sell new Holovis solutions that take immersive, collaborative, and richly themed experiences to new levels of innovation and excitement
  5. To talk to clients confidently about Audio-Visual technologies in relation to new projects, affirming established Holovis’ reputation as an industry leading organization


  1. To grow the Holovis client base in North America and increase Holovis relationship equity status across new client portfolios
  2. To achieve significant penetration in contract registration in the Themed Entertainment space for Holovis in North America
  3. To become an effective Holovis salesperson across all targeted business lines within 6 months of starting, including a minimum annualized seven figure USD revenue stream in the USA and North America region within 12 months of joining


  • Solid understanding of present and future Audio-Visual technologies and systems including but not limited to multi-channel, high-brightness & high-frame rate projection systems, Direct-View LED technology, large venue audio systems and show control technology
  • Proven understanding of the Themed Entertainment marketplace
  • A natural focus toward relationship building and nurturing
  • Ability to write effective and professional sales proposals and bid/RFP responses
  • Proven track record of selling effectively to all levels of target organizations
  • Innovative problem-solving and idea-generation to constantly value engineer the products and services we offer
  • Can tackle problems, issues and blockers while always maintaining the customer relationship
  • Able to portfolio plan and forecast short/medium/long term business levels
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis to client sites and offices, including overseas travel

The role is based in Orlando, USA. Candidates in North America from outside of Orlando will be considered but must be open to Orlando relocation.
