Netflix House marks a new era in location-based entertainment, inviting fans to step beyond the screen and into the worlds of favoritesome of Netflix’s most beloved stories and characters.
Created as permanent entertainment destinations, Netflix House is where fans can interact with their favorite Netflix stories beyond the screen. Each location is free to explore and features a variety of complimentary and paid offerings, including immersive experiences, interactive gameplay, themed retail and unique dining experiences.Developed as a permanent home for Netflix’s growing portfolio of immersive experiences, the inaugural Netflix House venues in Dallas and Philadelphia combine highly themed environments, interactive gameplay, retail, dining and fan-first storytelling to create destinations unlike anything else in the entertainment landscape.
For Netflix, the ambition was clear: create places where fans could move beyond watching their favourite shows and become part of them IRL.
Holovis was proud to collaborate with Netflix on the delivery of three major fan experiences across both Netflix House locations: Top 9 Mini Golf in Philadelphia, a Sakamoto Days multi-player game inside RePLAY (Sakamoto Days) and Squid Game: Survive the Trials - both in Dallas.
Delivering Experiences for the Fans
Bringing globally recognised titles into physical environments requires more than simply recreating familiar settings. Every experience must capture the spirit, energy and personality of the stories that inspired them while creating compelling reasons for fans to return again and again.
Working alongside Netflix and a talented team of creative and technical partners, Holovis supported the successful delivery of attractions designed to blend storytelling, gameplay and guest interaction into seamless fan experiences.
Spanning two locations and multiple experiential offerings, the project required close collaboration throughout design, development, testing and delivery to help ensure each experience met the high expectations of Netflix fans.
Top 9 Mini Golf
Top 9 gamifies mini golf - where the highest score wins. Fans play a series of themed holes inspired by popular Netflix titles that includesphysical gameplay with immersive environments and interactive moments, giving fans the opportunity to experience familiar worlds from an entirely new perspective.
Sakamoto Days in RePLAY
Inspired by the action-packed and beloved anime series, Sakamoto Days, this multiplayer game places fans at the centre of the action through a dynamic blend of interaction, entertainment and competition. The game is located inside RePLAY, which is a reimagined arcade, designed to encourage repeat play and social engagement and giving fans a new way to connect multiple titles and at various skill levels.
Squid Game: Survive the Trials
Inspired by one of Netflix’s most watched global series and popular touring experience, Squid Game: Survive the Trials challenges fans to test their skill, determination and nerve through a series of competitive games that can be played by all ages.

Netflix House represents a significant milestone in the continued evolution of immersive entertainment and fan engagement.
As audiences increasingly seek experiences that combine storytelling, interaction and social connection, destinations such as Netflix House demonstrate how globally recognised entertainment brands can extend engagement beyond traditional media and create meaningful real-world connections with their audiences.
